Welcome to Original EOB!

It’s been a minute, so let me reintroduce myself.  My name is Mona Saenz — founder, designer, scent priestess and the heart behind Original EOB.

This isn’t just a jewelry line. It is a movement. A coming home. 

Original EOB was born from the fire of my own unraveling.  In 2011, I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease.  From having a #thyroidectomy, to surgical ICU, to being given my last rites, everything I thought I knew about life came undone.

No more corporate ladder. No more ‘normal’.  Just me, my body, and a deep knowing that something had to change — everything had to change.

My husband Erik and I found ourselves fighting for my life while raising babies.

It cracked me open.

It made me listen.

It brought me to supplemental essential oils as a tool for survival, for peace, for homecoming.

By 2016, I could not live without essential oils.  The missing piece? Lava stones. Natural diffusers. More of Earth’s medicine.  

I started designing pieces to carry my oils and intentions with me.  And just like that — a sacred brand was born.  From 1 lava stone bracelet… to a full-blown lifestyle rooted in healing, frequency, and joy….. #SOULGOALS

Original EOB is about hope + feeling whole at all stages of life.  It’s about remembering who the f*ck you are.  It’s about no longer settling for soul-crushing anything.

This is a space for all of us building lives that feel good in our bodies, minds + spirits. Lives that smell like your favorite oils and feel like freedom.  So if you’re here — welcome to this wild and beautiful journey.
