Who is ready for the #soulgoals SUMMER CAMP on June 14-15?! This one will be an overnight, Hill Country experience that you will NOT want to miss! The theme: FUN IN THE SUN!! Yes, we will do Gene Keys…yes, there will be amazing food, yes it is meant to SET YOUR SOUL ON FIRE and I can’t wait to share this with you! 

Our time together will begin with snacks and a Gene Keys Intro where we will focus on our individual Souls Intelligence sphere. Here is where we get to tap into the heart of your chart, the portal to reawaken your inner child. Summer will guide us as she helps soul-aligned individuals break through limiting beliefs. Through shadow integration and embodied practices, Summer will empower us to expand our potential and envision creating a life we truly love!

From there, we will move into a Holographic Sound Bath led by Maddie Bee. Here we will connect to all of the versions of ourselves. Maddie is a sound alchemist, master energy healer, and visionary and she will be creating a transformative, high vibration experiences for our inner child and higher self to connect, have fun and heal through joy!

A delicious dinner from the local MXICanna Cafe will follow and then we will get to play + dance under the stars.

The following morning we will be led through an aromatherapy guided meditation with Mona, Scent Priestess + founder of Original EOB. 'We get to tap into ourselves, have fun and heal all under the sun. Original EOB, Soul Goals presents the TREAT YO' SELF Day Retreat! It will be a day to take care of YO' SELF and gain some perspective on living your best life! Come spend the day with us at a private Airbnb Saturday, December 7, 2024 to give to your self before we give to everyone else this holiday season. 

Our day will begin with an aromatherapy blessing by Mona, our Scent Priestess. 'It truly begins with setting the intention and our intention today is FOR YOU to feel loved and cared for!' - Mona

We will move right into a healing yoga session lead by Stacie. Stacie Orsagh is a trauma-informed yoga teacher that specializes in accessibility and stress relief techniques that can be used daily. She will teach a mindful movement session that will invite slowing down, exploring where your body is holding tension and how to respond to it. Self love is your divine right and Stacie gently reminds you how to pause and listen to your body.

Sarah will then help us tap into your Human Design profile and what is means to live according to your specific design profile. ‘I'm excited to introduce Human Design—a tool based on astrology and other ancient wisdom systems for self-understanding and alignment. With a background in science and engineering and present experience as a corporate IT manager, I bring a unique blend of analytical insight and intuitive guidance to my work supporting others. Together, we'll explore the basics of this logical system, offering an explanation of how it reveals your distinct self, natural gifts, and individual pathway to making clear and correct decisions you can trust through these rapidly changing times. In this session, expect a friendly, discussion-based, and practical introduction to Human Design that will equip you with insights you can immediately apply in your daily life. Whether you're new to the concept or looking to deepen your understanding, I'll share the keys in detail that just might have the power to unlock doors to your most fulfilled life!’ - Sarah
