Treat Yo' Self Retreat 12/6/2025
Welcome to #SOULGOALS!!!
We are so excited for our 2nd TREAT YO' SELF Day Retreat! This is all about TREATing YO' SELF and tapping into living your best life! This day is all about giving to your self before you give to everyone else this holiday season.
Our day will begin by setting this intention. 'It truly begins with showing up for YOU first and our intention today is FOR YOU to feel loved and cared for!' - Mona
We will move right into a healing yoga session, explore Human Design & what it means to live according to your specific profile. A delicious lunch will be provided, followed by a Guided Aromatherapy Meditation.
The day will be closed out with friends, snacks and some shopping.
